Record Retrieval

Our records department understands that accuracy and prompt turn-around on record orders is vital to this part of the discovery process. The file manager assigned to your case will work diligently to expedite the retrieval process, ensuring that HIPAA guidelines and applicable protocols are followed according to the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure.

  • Submit Your Records Order Online

The ease and convenience of online access is a great resource and placing your records order on-line expedites the process. To gain online access, please contact our records department and request a user id and password.

  • Web Access To Records
