Record Retrieval

Our records department understands that accuracy and prompt turn-around on record orders is vital to this part of the discovery process. The file manager assigned to your case will work diligently to expedite the retrieval process, ensuring that HIPAA guidelines and applicable protocols are followed according to the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure.

  • Submit Your Records Order Online

The ease and convenience of online access is a great resource and placing your records order on-line expedites the process. To gain online access, please contact our records department and request a user id and password.

  • Web Access To Records

Our online records site is HIPAA compliant and provides secure access to your record orders from any web-connected computer. After records are obtained from the custodian and carefully checked for accuracy, our production department then scans the documents and uploads them to our online repository. The records are accessible by only you and your authorized personnel; they can be reviewed, searched, summarized and printed from your PC, and no software purchase is required.
